Real good experience there. Great venue, OUTSTANDING food, fantastic location close to town center. Large and perfect units with a nice view, balcony overlooking garden, as for instance, pleasant employees. Very very good breakfast — plenty of meals. Location close to the garden/lake, mountains and a lovely bar/restaurant overlooking the lake.

The decoration of the hotel was charming, with a cozy and homey atmosphere that made me feel comfortable. The traditional furniture and beautiful floral arrangements created a warm and inviting ambiance. The general areas were easy to navigate, and the hotel's accessibility for seniors was excellent. There were handrails throughout the hotel, making it safe and convenient for older guests like myself to move around.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of seniors. A little more attention to detail in terms of providing extra support and guidance for us would have made the vacation even more enjoyable.

Amazing lake view room, delicious breakfast, convenient bike ride from train station, secure bike storage, beautiful lakeside garden, ongoing renovations did not affect our stay.

With a wide range of facilities including herbal sauna, pine sauna, Finnish sauna, salt chamber with infrared, steam bath. The atmosphere was serene and the staff were friendly and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the herbal sauna, which had a soothing effect on the body and left us feeling refreshed. The Wellness Adventure oasis opens at 8:00 and stays open until 21:30, allowing us to make the most of our time there. It was like a gentle cardiovascular endurance training session in a tranquil setting.
My wife says that the hotel should have more activities for children.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was fantastic - I couldn't believe what I was getting for the price. Secondly, the attention to detail was superb, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the breathtaking view over the small lake. Lastly, the location of this hotel was perfect, situated near a beautiful lake that added a touch of tranquility to my stay.
All was perfectly fine and met my expectations.

The hotel's decoration was simply charming, with lovely vintage touches and beautiful flowers that made me feel right at home. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the cozy sitting areas where I could relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and handrails provided throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate and feel safe.
A small suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be to have larger font size on signs and menus.

Beautiful View and Friendly Staff
On my city break, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with a stunning view of the mountains and a lake. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help me with any queries I had throughout my stay. The location was perfect for me as it was not too far from the main attractions in town. the breakfast selection was quite satisfactory with various options to choose from.
The one downside to my experience was the weekend noise level. There were loud parties going on in the hotel, especially on weekends, which often disrupted my sleep.

This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, with a variety of stunning lakes close by for nature enthusiasts. Its proximity to both the picturesque lake and bustling town center offers the best of both worlds. the staff provides top-notch service and the breakfast offers a pleasant selection of quality foods. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the room's comfortable bed while enjoying a lovely view of the surrounding natural beauty.
Some guests have complained that the restaurant can be hit or miss, with some dishes being underwhelming and overpriced.

The weekend here was a mix of good and bad experiences. the location was great, near a beautiful lake and providing ample parking. the room offered a lovely view and was overall comfortable and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful as well. One of the best aspects of the hotel was their restaurant, which had lovely food at reasonable prices and provided a pleasant ambiance. Dislikes: Unfortunately, the hotel also had some serious downsides. the first was that the breakfast was subpar, with products that seemed to have been bought at a discount store, and items that were not always replenished in a timely manner. the wellness area was outdated and in need of renovation, with unclean amenities and small bathrooms. Lastly, during the weekend, there was a loud bar below the hotel, which provided loud music that lasted until early in the morning, leading to an uncomfortable and disturbed sleep. the weekend was a mixed experience, with some pleasant and unpleasant features.
